CRUISE

Deposits are fully refundable, so we may reprice at lower fares for any new future sale.  Any penalties begin at 90 days at 25%, and FINAL is normally due 120-60 days before sailing.

HOTELS

Arriving the day before from the EAST COAST will ensure an easy Cruise boarding on the departure day.

Each hotel offer has its own cancel policy, most if not all are Fully Refundable up to 30 hours before arrival. This way if we see lower rates we will rebook at the new rate.

AIRLINE TICKETS

Air is not basic economy it is basic plus so you will be able to use overhead bins and reserve your seats at or prior to issuance. We look at no less than THREE companies for lower fares
Instant Purchase within 12 hours of holding, 99% fares are nonrefundable and if you required fully refundable quotes are very easy. If reserved with a cruise line air is a COURTESY HOLD until final payment for both the Cruise and Air are done together.

INSURANCE
Travel protection is a personal choice, options will be presented to you. Whether you choose to purchase for pre-existing conditions or coverage for nonmedical or medical reasons or not at all is your choice. We kindly ask your decline or acceptance is done in writing. Email us at Travel@ijt.guru

PAYMENTS

All vendors charge your credit card directly, a travel agency should never take funds and then pay the vendor.  We do use a third party only for airline tickets (not issued by Celebrity) who pays the airlines, they are fully bonded, we both carry insurance plus you are protected with your credit card as well.
